"I am just wishing right now (5:24) that he wanted to watch back-to-back episodes of Sesame Street or something so I could get a little more sleep. Is that so wrong?"

No way is that wrong! Mama needs her sleep to take care of everybody!

A friend of mine's daughter would wake up suuuuper early too and she ended up completely babyproofing the bedroom and putting a baby gate on the door- so that her daughter could get up and play if she wanted to, but couldn't come out. I guess you gotta do what you gotta do!

Are you getting more sleep? I just buzzed over here from Moxie's site to wish you well, and now I'm thinking, wow, if I were pregnant and sleep deprived and had something new to worry about, I would be transforming into the dreaded Snapping Mama, who has had just about enough from you, mister.
Although I'm almost never actually dreaded by my children, no matter how scary I am to myself.

Anyway, I'm thinking of you.

No, seriously? I was thinking about a baby maybe waking up at about 6.30 ish! 5.13am? That's just cruel. Surely ours won't do that.....? ;)
